Product Supply/Policy Change

A client wanted supplies of a biologic product, before its launch date, from a major pharmaceutical manufacturer with a known reputation for being difficult in supplying their products for competitor clinical studies. BAP through multiple contacts, networking, sheer persistence and investigative techniques was able to negotiate the required stocks before launch and secured documentation suitable to both parties. This was quite a unique feat and unheard of in the industry before. The client was able to conduct the global study as planned, on time and good relationships were formed between all the parties.

In addition, by leveraging the relationship with the innovator company, BAP was able to change a 9 year policy of not supplying required documents. BAP worked with them to come up with a more enlightened and consistent policy in the future.
